Lauren + Jacob - Cabarita Beach Elopement - Tweed Coast Wedding

Jacob + Lauren are Cabarita Beach locals so they knew exactly where they wanted to marry, and that was within the park named in honour of Jacob’s family. Covid had sadly arrived just in time for their big day, but even with the reduced guest numbers it was a HUGE celebration!

Jacob and his boys welcomed everyone with music and dance, before joining beautiful Lauren as Candice began the ceremony. Together they shared personal promises and vows for each other, and their soon to be born little boy.

It was an honour to host one of our very first elopements as The Little Wedding Wagon in 2020, and we’ll never forget hearing Jacob’s welcome to country as only he could do it. 2020 turned to to be a turning point in Jacob’s career when he won Triple J’s Unearthed National Indigenous Artist! Our local community could not be more prouder of this family and support crew
